Create a New Pitch Room
VisionPitch sites are customised, private websites where a location professional, producer or film commission can share information related to a film project with a select audience.
VisionPitch sites can be set up within seconds, and any trusted party can contribute files from a computer with internet access. Any organisation or individual using VisionConnect or VisionP.I.M. can choose to copy select photofiles into a VisionPitch site instantly.
VisionPitch sites are often used to get approval and funding for a film project because they are an easy-to-use, secure way to share information like location photographs, budgets, director's reels, director’s treatments, casting videos and maps.
All this information is stored in a single VisionPitch site. You control who has access to the information by sending, via e-mail, the link that 'unlocks' this secure website to people who are meant to see the information contained within. The inherent difficulty encountered when trying to send large photo files by e-mail is now a thing of the past.
When signing up to create a VisionPitch site, you will be e-mailed a confirmation that your payment has been processed. To access the site, click on the Sign In button at the top right of any page and enter the user name and password that you have just created.
VisionPitch sites are initially rented for 10 days and can be renewed for a further 90 days. Before the Pitch Room expires, an automatic notice is sent to you by e-mail and you will have 48 hours to renew.
If a film commission, producer or production house is pitching multiple projects, arrangements can be made for a single monthly fee for an unlimited number of VisionPitch or VisionProject sites. We are happy to work with you to find a solution that best suits your needs.
